ZONLY is the art practice of Zonly Looman, operated by Studio Z LLC, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This policy applies to the website at zonly.art and related forms and checkout flows.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the site:

• Information you provide. When you submit a contact, booking, or tattoo inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the details of your message.
• Purchase information. When you buy from the store, your payment and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive order details (items, amount, shipping information) but never your full card number.
• Automatically collected data. We collect anonymized, aggregate usage and performance data (such as page views, device type, and load times) through privacy-friendly analytics. This data is not used to personally identify you.
• Local storage. Your shopping cart and theme (light/dark) preference are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

• Respond to inquiries and fulfill booking, commission, and tattoo requests.
• Process orders, payments, and shipping for store purchases.
• Send transactional emails such as confirmations and replies.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the website and its performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data is submitted directly to Stripe and handled under their security standards (PCI-DSS). We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site:

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
• Vercel — website hosting plus privacy-friendly Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and notification emails.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service and under its own privacy terms.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses essential browser local storage to remember your cart contents and display preferences. Our analytics are cookieless and collect aggregate metrics only.

We share information only with the service providers listed above, as required to operate the site, or when required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see “Your Rights”).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@studioz.gallery and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable processors, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
